About Nicole

Over 25 years of experience helping clients rehab injuries, restore postural imbalances, and meet or exceed fitness and lifestyle goals, Nicole is a seasoned practitioner who puts much thought, creativity, and precision into every session.

Nicole has been passionately immersed in the nutrition, fitness, and wellness industries for the past twenty-five  years.  She began her career as the hostess and co-producer of the vegetarian cooking show, “Cooking, Naturally”.  She later worked at the Pritikin Longevity Center as an Exercise Physiologist.  She has a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA, has done graduate work in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University, and has a Master’s of Science degree in Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health.  She has been a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor for over twenty years and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist. She also holds multiple certifications in Yoga, Pilates, and Health Coaching.  Nationally she leads workshops based on her book, Think, Act, Be Fit and Thin, Roadmap to the Body You Deserve.
